Please read the following carefully before completing your application. All three steps must be completed in full and all required documents must be uploaded before your application can be submitted.

You must be a graduating high school senior and an active registered parishioner of St. Luke Catholic Church

You must be enrolled or accepted into an accredited college or university

Have your Official Transcript and Letter of Recommendation ready to upload in PDF or JPG format
